Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United States only. We don't ship to Connecticut at the moment.

Shipping is free. Every order ships from a warehouse in the United States within 1 to 3 business days of the order. Delivery is by USPS and takes 3 to 7 days after the parcel ships, so most orders arrive 4 to 10 days after they are placed. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel ships.

If we will miss the promised ship date, we email you a new date and you can wait or cancel for a full refund.

If your order has not arrived 7 days after the promised delivery date, or arrives damaged, email support@foldrow.com with your order number (and a photo for damage) and we refund the full amount, or send a replacement if you prefer. No return needed.
